Take 10 Minutes Prior to the WOD and work on your Goat this can be anything from OHS to Muscles ups, Pistols or Butterfly Pull-ups.
In other words pick something you really suck at and practice that movement for 10-15 Minutes.

Andrew is great. He’d believed in more so than I in myself. Was hoping he talked me into lowering the weight in “Hang Power Clean” today …not the case….kept going and finished with a big smile on my face. We are visitors and have had the treats of having different coaches everyday.
We had Dan on our first day, Whitney, Andrew and McKinsey. Looking forward to going back again tomorrow. Thnx again for making us feel right at home.
